With over 20 years as a financial adviser, Ash has been recognised as a leader in his profession, having won multiple awards as a financial adviser. His high technical expertise and unique ability to communicate with clients (making the complex simple) are why he has attracted and retained loyal clients over his many years in the industry.
As a partner of a company with more than 150 employees, Ash became increasingly aware of losing connection with his clients. Taking pride in sharing his knowledge and commitment to providing exceptional client experiences, Ash committed himself to serving with a more personalised approach, leading to the start of Fiorente Advisory with office hubs in Melbourne, on the Sunshine Coast and Townsville.
What is the significance of the word “Fiorente”? It is an Italian adjective for “flourishing and thriving”. This simple word describes my desire for my company as well as the financial position of my clients.

Tim has had over 10 years working as a financial adviser and has a proven track record of looking after his clients with excellent service and a professional approach. He has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and an Advanced Diploma (Financial Planning).
In 2022, he joined the Fiorente Advisory team as a Senior Financial Adviser, having previously worked in the Big 4 banks, a stockbroking firm, and a private practice. Tim prides himself on explaining strategies in a way that is easy to understand and, as a result, builds a strong rapport with his clients.
Away from the office, Tim loves spending time with his young family and surfing at Alexandra Headland.
Joel has over 10 years' experience spanning across both the property and financial planning industries. He holds a Bachelor of Property Economics and Development degree, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning.
He is passionate about helping people set and realise their financial and lifestyle goals while not over complicating things and believes it is important to find a balance between enjoying life now and preparing for the future.
Outside of work, Joel enjoys spending quality time with his partner and exploring his keen interests in health and fitness, professional development and travel.
Terran has been with Fiorente Advisory since February 2020. Before this, she worked with another Firm in her hometown of Toowoomba. Terran is appreciated for her attention to detail, efficiency and great empathy. She is effectively engaged with insurance, superannuation and investment product specialists, enabling her to provide excellent customer service and build professional and long-term relationships with Fiorente’s growing client base.
Terran is happily settled on the Sunshine Coast. Away from the office, she enjoys all aspects of health and fitness and spending time with family and friends.
Hannah has been in the financial planning industry for over 5 years and is responsible for assisting our advisers with day-to-day tasks including responding to client enquiries, scheduling appointments, applying for insurance cover and investment products, helping to manage insurance claims and ensuring the advice is implemented as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
She is passionate about helping our clients feel supported through the financial planning and insurance process.
On the weekend, Hannah enjoys hiking, cooking and spending time with her friends and family.
Tracy holds an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services and has been in the financial planning industry for 23 years. Tracy started her financial planning career as a Financial Planner helping clients implement strategies and plans to achieve their personal financial goals, whether they be building wealth, protecting their family and assets, or planning for retirement. During this time, she enjoyed building strong relationships with her clients and being able to provide solutions to people’s financial concerns.
After having a family, Tracy moved into a Paraplanning role where she was able to use her extensive financial planning skills to support her colleagues in developing strategy, writing advice documents, completing product research, and overseeing compliance and process requirements. Tracy found that she loved the support role, being able to use her analytical and technical skills to support the advice process to ensure customers received quality advice.
Tracy is part of the team at Fiorente Advisory that supports our advisers in preparing and implementing client advice and providing ongoing support to our valued customers.
Tracy moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2019 from Central Qld and is enjoying being close to the beach and all that the Sunny Coast has to offer. When not working, Tracy can be found walking her dog, reading, hanging out with family and friends over a coffee or tending to her garden.
